Caltrans proposes an emergency project to install a rock fall mitigation drapery to prevent rocks and debris from falling onto the travelled way. The scope of works includes removing approximately 6,000 cu yard of loose material, creating a uniform shape, and installing a 20,000 sq ft cable net drapery stem to the failing slope.
