Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) has approved to authorize design and construction of urgent restressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) repairs along an 8-foot section of the Second Lower Feeder. The repairs will be performed during an April 2016 Second Lower Feeder shutdown. The proposed work includes carbon fiber repair on the existing PCCP segments.
