Document Description
A 70 ft long trench will be dug to locate an existing cable; 93 cy of material will be excavated. An additional 12 inches of depth will be dug inside the trench, and the cable will be moved into this deeper part. The trench will be backfilled and compacted; hot patch asphalt will be used to restore the road. Verizon clients will benefit.

Categorical Exemptions 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15304 (f) (Minor Alterations to Land - Minor Trenching or Backfilling where the surface is restored) applies.
