Pursuant to California Public REsources Code Section 41901, the County of Tulare has the authority to impose solid waste fees, including but not limited to, modifying tipping fes at its landfills, administrative costs in order o sustain a viable Solid Waste fund thereby providing for the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Tulare County.
