Document Description
This project consists of the proposed replacement of two 25,000 gallon redwood water tanks with two steel water tanks of similar capacity. The two redwood tanks have been in use at the camp from 1956 until 2009 when they were decommissioned. The redwood tanks will be dismantled using Pine Grove Camp personnel. The two steel tanks shall be placed on the existing 8-sided (octagonal) concrete slabs the current redwood tanks occupy using a backhoe and/or excavator. After placement the steel replacement shall be hooked up to the existing gravity-fed waterline system to distribute water to camp facilities.
