Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0278-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Sacramento County.
Project is limited to the construction of an approx. 8-feet wide by 745 feet long prefabricated weathering steel truss bridge to provide a pedestrian and bicycle crossing over Morrison Creek, connecting to a proposed bike trail along the east of Excelsior Road. The bridge will be supported by precast/cast in place concrete abutments founded on shallow foundations. The bridge will be at approx. the same elevation as an existing roadway bridge that crosses Morrison Creek. Work will not be conducted within the bed or flowing water of Morrison Creek.
