The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0069-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, San Jose Water Company. The Project includes routine maintenance activities such as road maintenance, culvert replacement, repair of gates and flashboards, and sediment and vegetation removal at various reservoirs/impoundments, water supply intakes, culvert crossings, and roads.
