The project includes interior remodeling and extension of the existing casino on the Tuolumne Rancheria (Reservation). The existing entertainment facility would be expanded in two locations, the casino extension (total expansion floor area is 8,584 sf on three levels), and the cafe extensions (total expansion floor area is 1,200 sf). Proposed external expansion combined with interior remodeling "open" design to the existing facility while maintaining the existing number of gaming device positions. The project would serve existing patrons. There would be no additions to the number of gaming devices and positions under the project.
