Request to expand an existing microbrewery operation that produces hand crafted beer. The expansion will take place under two development phases Phase 1 includes the construction of a 2,448 sq. ft. building, enabling the production of a maximum of 4,,340 gallons of beer per week. Phase 2 includes an additional 2,448 sq. ft. building, and doubling the amount of production and employees. The microbrewery is not open to the general public, and fifty percent of the wheat and hops will be grown on site.
