The proposed project includes revisions to Title 20 - Zoning of the City's Municipal Code to allow for the permitting of drive-through facilities for non-limited service restaurant uses in the Freeway Commercial ("FC"), the Business Commercial ("BC"), and the El Camino Real Mixed Use ("ECRMX") zoning districts. The proposed project would not alter existing regulations regarding drive-through facilities for limited restaurants. No physical changes or alterations to any particular property are proposed at this time.
