Document Description
A request for approval of a land use permit to establish a new Verizon Wireless Telecommunication facility disguised as a 50-foot palm tree. The facility will be located on a 600 sq. ft. lease area located at the southeast corner of the subject property. The facility will include 9 antennas and 12 RRHs mounted within the stealth faux palm tree. The project also includes accessory equipment at ground level, including a back up diesel generator, within the lease area. Utilities will be run from the lease area to the public right of way.
