Document Description
The Stony Village project site is a 5 +/- acre parcel located on the west side of Stony Point Road in southwest Santa Rosa. The undeveloped parcel is generally flat, has no trees, little vegetation and surrounded by properties developed with single-family homes and limited commercial uses. The project includes a Rezoning of the property from the R-3-18 (Multi-Family Residential) zoning district to the R-1-6 (Single-family Residential) zoning district; a CUP to allow for development of a small lot residential subdivision; and a Tentative Map to create 43 individual parcels each to be developed with two-story homes. Four of the lots would also offer second dwelling units. The Project is consistent with the General Plan land use designation of Medium Low Density Residential (8-13 units/acre).
