Rezone the 112-acre California's Great America Theme Park site form CT (Thoroughfare Commercial) to PD (Planned Development) for a Park Master Plan project that would continue to allow existing attractions and operating practices and would provide flexibility to allow the installation of new rides and replacement of rides and attractions, extension of the operating season, modified operating practices, and additional hours of operation of the Great America theme park and amphitheater.
