Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a tree permit to work within the driplines of 10 code-protected oak trees (ranging in diameter from 14.5 inches to 38 inches along the bank of the Green Valley Creek. This request for the purpose of constructing a 57-foot long 5-foot wide pedestrian bridge across a creek that bisects the subject property to provide access from the front yard to the main residence. The proposal will include grading of a portion of the front yard, the addition of 20 cubic yards of fill, and installation of associated erosion control measures. The subject property is located at 2191 Alameda Diablo in the Diablo area.
