Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a tree permit to work within the driplines of 10 code-protected oak trees (ranging in diameter from 14.5 inches to 38 inches along the bank of the Green Valley Creek. This request for the purpose of constructing a 57-foot long 5-foot wide pedestrian bridge across a creek that bisects the subject property to provide access from the front yard to the main residence. The proposal will include grading of a portion of the front yard, the addition of 20 cubic yards of fill, and installation of associated erosion control measures.
