Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0391-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Van Daele Homes.
Project includes expansion of a double box culvert and construction of a soil retaining wall. The existing culvert will be extended 43 ft. Approx. 50 cubic yards of existing rock rip rap will be relocated from the existing culvert inlet immediately upstream to the inlet of the proposed culvert extension. An additional 70 cu yd. of new rip rap will be added to 83 feet. of the creek bank and channel. A retaining wall will be constructed between the widened Watsonville Road and Little Llagas Creek. Approx. 82 feet of the wall will be within 5 feet of the top of bank.
