Document Description
The project proposes a Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the two and one-half-acre site into 18 residential halfplex units (nine buildings total). Each unit contains its own garage as well as driveway parking for a total of 76 potential on-site parking spaces. Internal, private road segments are proposed to provide access to the future units. The project will include the demolition of the existing multi-story Stanford Chalet building to allow for this proposed project.
