Document Description
A Use Permit request by Complete Wireless to construct a 120-foot tall monopine cellular transmission tower along with outdoor equipment cabinets, a 48 KW stand-by generator, and a 210-gallon fuel tank, all within a 2,500 sq. ft. lease area (50 feet by 50 feet). There are three additional locations shown within the lease area which are reserved for future co-location opportunities for the site. The facility would be unstaffed and would not require any import or export of soil to/from the project site. The site would be accessed by an existing paved driveway. The project also includes the installation of new utilities with lines proposed to serve the communication facility running 290 feet north of the equipment area, within new 6-foot wide easements.
