Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0291-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans, as represented by Wayne Lewis.
Project proposes to construct Phase 1 of the I-80/SR 65 interchange improvements (Caltrans EA 03-0H266U). The project is limited to improvements to the I-80/65 interchange and the Galleria Blvd/Stanford Ranch Road/SR 65 Northbound ramps in Placer County, CA to reduce future traffic congestion, improve operations and safety, and comply with current Caltrans and local agency design standards.
Project will widen northbound SR 65 from the East Roseville Viaduct that crosses Antelope Creek to Pleasant Grove Blvd off-ramp, and widen and modify ramps at the Galleria Blvd/Stanford Ranch Rd/SR 65 interchange.
