The Demonstration Recharge Extraction and Aquifer Management (DREAM) Project is a water conveyance pipeline installation Project carried out in collaboration between San Joaquin County, North San Joaquin Water Conservation District (NSJWCD), and the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD). Along its length, the 12-inch diameter pipeline will cross Mosher Creek, Bear Creek, and an unnamed tributary to Bear Creek.
