CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0014-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, North San Joaquin Water Conservation District.
Project is limited to an amendment of an existing Agreement (1600-2017-0014-R2) to include:
Additional excavation and grading of an approx. 950 sq. ft. area along the bank of the Mokelumne River and Placement of the excavated material in the western extent of the irrigation intake ditch.
Removal of approx. 2 cubic yards of accumulated sand around the existing fish screen.
