Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a Minor Land Division of a 9.9-acre property in order to create two parcels consisting of 5.5 acres and 4.8 acres. The proposed project would create two buildable residential parcels. Each of the proposed parcels will utilize domestic water wells for drinking water. The project will be served by the individual wells and onsite sewage disposal systems. Site access of the proposed parcels will require the construction of improvements and a Plate R-17 roadway connection onto King Road to serve the parcels.
