Document Description

Operating hours are from 7 am to 9 pm with 65 employees on a maximum shift, 20+/- customers, and 10 truck loadings/deliveries per day. The project requires an abandonment of Wells Avenue, reconfiguration of future Detroit Lane, and cancellation of the existing Williamson Act Contract. Proposed access includes a driveway off of Detroit Lane and McHenry Avenue. The applicant is proposing to use private septic and well.
