Document Description
The proposed project consists of the addition of an exterior stairwell, and the 2' lowering of the floor of a connecting 144 sq. ft. room. The structure is an existing 2,080 sq. ft., two-story single family dwelling. The proposed project will require excavation to a depth of 36"-42" below the existing floor for placement of a new foundation. Additional minor interior re-modeling is proposed which will not require excavation.
