SWRCB, as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. Garden Acres Mutual Water Company proposed project included construction of water storage and transmission facilities with the following components: 120,000 gallon storage tank approx. 42 feet diameter and 17 feet above existing grade, Gravel access road from Friedrich Road to the tank, Eight foot high chain link fence topped with barbed wire, Approx. 475 sq. ft. of landscape screening, Emergency interconnection for back-up service, 10-inch diameter 325 LF water transmission pipeline, A vegetated retention basin to allow water percolation, Removal of a masonry wall and two non-protected trees, Grading and excavation of approx. 8,500 sq. ft.
