Document Description
Project consists of (1) a minor modification to CUP (Case No. LU06-0019) for the continued use of an existing water supply, storage, and distribution system (pursuant to the Ventura County Non-Coastal Zoning Ordinance §8105-4 "water, production, storage, transmission, & distribution facility"), for a period of 40 years; (2) the installation of water transmission and storage facilities on Tax Assessor's Parcel 149-0-041-185 that complies with the Subdivision Map Act and Ventura County Subdivision Ordinance. The proposed project does not involve sewage services. Water service (demand) will be limited to 0.022 acre feet per year of water needed to irrigate landscape screening. Water for landscaping will be provided by the GAMWC and irrigation will be completed using a drip system connected to an existing meter vault on the subject parcel. No signage will be installed for this project . Southern CA Edison will provide electricity tot eh subject parcels. No full-time employees will be on-site. Rather, employees will visit the site on an as-needed basis to conduct routine maintenance between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As needed, employees will also respond to site emergencies. The proposed facilities will been closed by chain-link security fencing that will be six feet in height, topped with two feet of barbed-wire. Security lighting will be installed and arranged and shielded sot hat the light will not directly illuminate the adjacent land use pursuant to the Ventura county NCZO (Section 8106-8.6).
