Document Description
The project located at 1840 Main Street is at the intersection of Hwy 41 and Main St. The project includes removal of existing flatwork and landscaping and construction of an approx. 1,400 sq. ft. restaurant with outdoor seating, canopied parking for drive-up service, drive thru service, and associated site improvements including ground work, retaining walls, frontage improvements, and landscaping. The project also includes a master sign program including total signage area exceeding City standards. In addition the project will include utility trenching of four to six feet across Main Street to the west of the property as well as trenching of the same depth south of the property across Caltrans Right of Way which fronts on Atascadero Road also known as Hwy 41.
