Document Description
CDFW has executed an amendment for Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0132-T6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bridge South Rialto, LLC. The Rialto Logistics Center Project includes the construction of a 475, 847 square-foot warehouse facility, a 30,059 square-foot warehouse facility, two detention basins, one infiltration basin, parking, and associated infrastructure. Impacts to areas subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602 are limited to the grading and filling of the onsite drainage (Drainage A). The amendment gas modified the compensatory mitigation from rehabiliation credit purchase to restoration, enhancement, and conservation credits.
