Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0132-R6 (Revision 2), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bridge Point South Rialto, LLC. The Rialto Logistics Center Project includes the construction of a 475,847 sq. ft. warehouse facility, a 3,059 sq. ft. warehouse facility, two detention basins, one infiltration basin, parking, and associated infrastructure. Impacts to areas subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602 are limited to the grading and filling of the onsite drainage( Drainage A).
