The project proposes to demolish the vacant automobile dealership to construct a mixed use project with two stand-alone our story buildings, for a total of 76 units and 46,380 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant use. The project also includes one level of subterranean parking in each building for retail employees and all of the project residents and guests parking. The project proposes a total of 311 parking spaces. The existing commercial uses on the remaining areas of the site will remain in their current condition.
