Document Description
On March 20, 2018, the California Department of Wildlife (CDFW) executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA) number 1600-2017-0271-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of Fish and game Code to the Project applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The Project involves both work to repair and armor the banks along a 222-foot reach of Pismo Creek where it flows westerly beneath SR 101 and its appurtenant bridges and construction of new piers to fortify an existing bent supporting the westernmost of the three bridges. On May 20, 2019, CDFW executed Amendment No. 1 providing revisions to the allowed temporary water diversion window. Ori October 21, 2019, Caltrans requested further revisions to the allowed temporary water diversion window and to allow for up to 14 nights of work, constituting this Major Amendment No. 2 of the LSAA.
