Document Description
The Monterey Bay Charter School (MBCS) is proposing the construction of a K-8 public charter school on the CSUMB campus. The proposed project would involve the construction of approx. 60,000 sq. ft. of classrooms and associated facilities on an approx. 18-acre site on the southern boundary of the campus. The proposed project would be a ground lease- based, public-public partnership and the MBCS would be responsible for constructing, maintaining and operating the school.
