Document Description
The proposed Doheny Village Plan (a Form-Based Code) is proposed for the project site in order to allow for a mix of land uses including industrial, office, retail, community service, and residential uses at the project site. The proposed Form-Based Code would establish the allowed massing and scale of buildings according to the type of environment, or transect zone, in which they occur. In addition, the allowed uses are identified for each transect zone in support of the intended physical character and overall environment. The project would require a General Plan Amendment, Zone Code Amendment, and Local Coastal Program Amendment.
