Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of 205,596 sq. ft. of commercial uses on the project site. For the purpose of evaluating a "worst case" scenario, the EIR will evaluate the project at 210,000 sq. ft. The project would be anchored by a 193,795 sq. ft. Walmart store and include an 8-pump fuel station (convenience market) and 10,680 sq. ft. retail/restaurant building. vehicular access would be taken from five access points (Sierra Avenue[1]; Slover Avenue [1]; Production Avenue [2] and Technology Avenue [1]). The project requires approval of a General Plan Amendment, Change of Zone, Tentative Parcel Map, Conditional Use Permit, and Design Review.
