The proposed Rancho Cienega Sports Complex Project (proposed project) includes the development of an upgraded and expanded sports complex in the City of Los Angeles Council District 10. The proposed project would construct a new 30,000 sq. ft. sports complex that would include a new indoor pool and bathhouse with a community room and fitness annex on the 2nd floor; a new indoor gymnasium with office space, a running path, and a lookout deck on the second floor; a new tennis shop with restrooms and tennis overlook; a new stadium overlook with a concession stand, restrooms and a ticket office; installation of new driveways; and upgrades to existing parking areas.
