CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0219-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Merced. Project includes activities related to the construction of a pedestrian bridge over Black Rascal Creek, and the upgrade and construction of a Class I bicycle path that will run adjacent to Black Rascal Creek active channel.
