Document Description
The applicant is proposing a 123 unit single family detached condominium project located within the southwest quadrant of the City of Carlsbad, south of Palomar Airport Road, west of El Camino Real, and bisected in the northerly portion by the future Poinsettia Lane Ranch E circulation element roadway. The site is made up of seven separate lots and is ~61 acres in size. The northerly 20 acres has been previously disturbed by agricultural practices and grading for the future extension of Poinsettia Lane. The remainder of the site is natural habitat with the exception of an SDG&E transmission corridor and access road and other minor trails and illegal encampments.
