Document Description
The California Department of General Services (DGS) is performing design work and environmental review for Americans with disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to the Resources Building. The proposed project would improve the accessibility, functionality and American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance of the existing State owned office building, which was constructed in 1964. The project includes installing new exterior accessible route signage at O Street and near the main entrance, mount a metal shroud to terrazzo floor below the existing mailbox in the lobby, install elevator signage at the jambs and connect existing automatic door to back-up power.
