Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) has approved to authorize design and approve contract award for prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) repairs at a specific location on Valjean Avenue along the Sepulveda Feeder. The repairs will be performed during an April 2016 Sepulveda Feeder shutdown. The proposed work includes lining the existing PCCP segment with a steel liner designed as a stand-alone pipeline that can accommodate full internal and external pressures on the line.
