Document Description
The District proposes to construct a new 600-seat auditorium at the existing Eisenhower High School (EHS) campus. The approximately 13,500-square-foot auditorium would disturb approximately 2.5 acres of the existing EHS campus. The District also plans to replace and reduce the existing 5,000 seat home bleachers with seating for 4,000 spectators and the existing 2,000-seat visitor bleachers with seating for 1,500 spectators. The stadium improvements would reduce the existing maxium stadium seat capacity by 1,500 seats, from 7,000 seats to 5,500 seats. The existing track and field would be reconfigured and replaced with synthetic surfaces, the existing nighttime lighting system and public address system would be modernized and upgraded, and new restroom building and ticket booth would be constructed.
