Document Description
The California Department of Eduction project consists of removal of the composition roofing system on the Klopping Theater and replacement with new sloped asphalt shingle syste inclusive of rigid composite insulation sheating, water proofing and flashing, and replacemtn and painting of fascia boards, gutters, exerior siding at dormer conditions, and portions of wood trim. The existing Sub-Station #2, located adjacent and north of the Theater, balisted tar/gravel roof will be replaced with single-ply membrane system inclusive of substrate water proofing and flashing.
