Document Description
The project will replace the Jesse Unruh Building roof(s) single ply roof that has passed its life expectancy and is deteriorating to a point where it needs to be replaced before the building and equipment are damaged. Work will remove the old roof on the three different levels then build to expose the structural decking and install a Class A fire rated roof system.
