The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted by Health and Safety code Sections 25252, 25253, and 58012, approved a regulatory amendment to correct or update citations for three of the twenty three source lists that comprise the Candidate Chemicals list in Section 69502.2(a) of the Safer Consumer Products Regulations (22 CCR Sections 69501 through 69510).

The project will not result in a change in any of the physical conditions within the area affected by the project, including land, air, water, minerals, flora, fauna, ambient noise, and objects of historic or aesthetic significance.
