The project includes the drilling of a Class II well. A Class II well will replace the Class I well that failed due to contamination and will serve the existing shopping center development. The well will be located within an existing parking lot and will not require any vegetation removal nor will it impact sensitive species. The well will meet the required setbacks. No adverse physical impacts are expected to occur as a result of installing the well.
