Document Description
This is a special event for two 10k run/walks and half marathons called "Run Chino Hills", to be held in the spring and fall of 2016. The runs will start and end at the Chino Hills SP Discovery center. The routes include Telegraph Canyon Rd., Easy Street Trail, South Ridge trail, Diemer trail, and Bovinian Delight. The maximum number of participants for each event is 200. There will be no vendors. Water/aid stations will be positioned throughout the course. Staggered starting grids of no more than 40 competitors at a time will be used to space out competitors. DPR-approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project. A copy of these requirements may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.

If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR project evaluation form including measures provided by CDPR staff, then it is exempt under the CDPR list of Exempt Activities according to CEQA §15300.4 as: Class 5, Section 15305 - Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations.
