Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this project. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The City of Antioch proposes to conduct a planning level analysis of a brackish water desalination facility. The desalination plant would treat water from the San Joaquin River for potable supply to the City of Antioch.
