Document Description
Caltrans proposes a HM-1 project to place a 0.1 Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (RHMA) overlay on approximately 9.4 miles of State Route 4 in San Joaquin County. The project will occur on existing paved surfaces and shoulder areas within Caltrans right of way. The purpose of the project is to repair the damaged pavement to extend the service life of State Route 4. The need for the project is to prevent further deterioration of the highway surface.
