Document Description
Caltrans proposes a HM-1 project to place a 0.1 foot Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (RHMA) overlay on approximately 12.8 miles of STate Route 59 in Merced County. The project will occur on existing paved surfaces and shoulder areas within Caltrans right of way. The purpose of the project is to repair the damaged pavement to extend the service life of State Route 59. The need for the project is to prevent further deterioration of the highway surface.
