Document Description
DFD staff and contractors will install a new walkway with connecting stairwell and staircase, as well as a fire hydrant with new waterline at the Thermalito Power Plant facility. A concrete pad will be constructed for the stairwell and staircase, with an elevated metal walk way abutting the power plant faciltiy. A trench will be dug through the asphalt from the existing fire hydrant, east of the building, to place a new fire hydrant just west of the building. All equipment will be staged in the parking lot to the east of the power plant. The entire work area is within OFD right of way.
