As part of the Sac 50 HOV Phae 2 Project. Caltrans is proposing to conduct geotechnical investigation under the W-X freeway in downtown Sacramento. The geotechnical investigations involve subsurface borings at various locations, including 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Sreets, Riverside Blvd., 15th, 16th, and 26th streets.
